Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Purchaser is required to notify Cryo Innovations in writing within 30 days of receiving the Equipment and must have been issued a Return Authorization number for any returns. The Equipment must be undamaged and in the same condition as it was on delivery to the Purchaser. In the event of a return, Purchaser agrees that it will be responsible for BOTH the original shipping costs to
Purchaser as well as return shipping costs to the Cryo Innovations warehouse. Shipping arrangements for the Equipment may only be made by Cryo Innovations.   Shipping costs to and from Cryo Innovations will be subtracted from customer's refund amount.  Customer will be notified of shipping costs and must approve prior to RA being issued.  If customer received free shipping as part of the order, standard shipping costs will be subtracted from the customer's refund as well as the shipping cost back to Cryo Innovations. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a refund within 10 days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
